FOUNDRESS

The Law Office is run by attorney Emilia Kruk who grew up in Italy and has a deep knowledge of Italian culture and habits, what very often helps in approaching problems and solving them.
She is a specialist in Italian law. Emilia graduated from University of Genoa (Universita ’degli Studi di Genova), where she lives and is registered in the Chamber of Attorneys. During her studies, she attended the Universite ‘Catholique de Louvain in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), where she completed a year in the field of criminology. Additionally Emilia graduated from the Business Law Master at the University of Genoa (Universita ’degli Studi di Genova). 

Attorney Emilia Kruk has experience in conducting pre-court proceedings (case analysis, negotiations to resolve the dispute amicably) and in conducting court disputes by representing clients in civil and criminal proceedings.
